Skye Hansen, born and raised in Lake Forest, IL, began her formal education at the University of Southern California where she majored in Kinesiology and minored in Nutrition. While at USC, Skye worked as the campus personal trainer and TRX group instructor. Alongside personal and group training, Skye began working with USC Men and Women’s basketball as the assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach. After graduating from university, Skye began building her own fitness brand designed for personal training both in person and online. She currently trains clients out of the luxury SO|Fit gym located in the spa at the Sofitel Hotel Los Angeles in Beverly Hills. Skye’s has worked with a diverse clientele including celebrities such as Camilla Belle, Saffron Burrows, Logan Browning, and Nazanin Boniadi. Skye also maintains certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM CPT), TRX Suspension Training, Pre/Post Natal certified, Cancer Exercise Specialist (CES), Bootcamp Instructor Certified, and having been certified as an education specialist for Abbott Nutrition.
Skye’s personal training style features an individualized program for each client to ensure that their goals and training objectives are met. She prides herself on being able to correct the body physically but also to be able to adjust and correct any imbalances internally that may prevent someone from reaching optimal health. Her toolbox includes extensive nutrition/supplement research and application, alongside her hands on approach to training with emphasis on progression, form and a better understanding of how the body works. Skye hopes to make fitness a part of your life that you enjoy and look forward too, while helping you achieve your fitness goals!

I’ve always considered myself as someone who takes care of their body, both with nutrition and exercise. I’d taken weight training classes in both high school and college, and found neither catered towards my individual needs nor taught me methods that could last me a lifetime. I’ve been friends with Skye since I was a sophomore and since she became such a sensation in the fitness world around me, I told myself I needed to get in on this plan as well. It’s only been three and a half weeks into my custom-built eight week program, and I’m already seeing major results. I’m actually kind of shocked by how quickly it’s happened, and to be frank, convinces me that no matter how tough the remaining weeks will get, it will all be worth it in the end.
